I'm new on here so apologise in advance for this but hope someone can help.

In sept 21 I had excrutiating burning upper abdominal pain and loud boiling digestion noise from under my ribcage on left hand side once or twice a night for a month just at night when lying down and it would make my abdomen and arms sweat/fever, Excessive urination, unintentional weight loss (over 2 stone) irregular bowel movements and pain in upper L back after eating.

By the time I could actually just get through to my GP surgery through their constant "at capacity" phone line a week in my BP was now irratic up very high after just standing up, OR chronically slow and shallow breathing at night so much so that I was trying desperately to stay awake sitting up in bed as it got so I was scared to sleep for the pain. At this point the burning abdominal pain started to subside & radiated to the upper back and left flank. I should add I had to cancel a long awaited knee replacement op when all this started too which adds to the pain level. 

I eventually got to see a GP who did FBC bloods, fecalprotaectin stool test and urine test which all returned "normal". As pain and weight loss persisted I saw another new GP and said I think it's pancreatic cancer and she said she would refer me to a Gastro consultant. 3 weeks later I saw the consultants registrar who decided to send me for a CT scan. I felt the CT would be bound to show up the cause but 2 weeks later he called with the results showing apparently "no malignancies detected" . Comments were, "satisfactory view of upper viscera" and ..."collapsed stomach" !! The registrar rang me and concerned about what this "collapsed stomach" meant I questioned it and he suggested sending me for an endoscopy. I had that 7 weeks later. By the time I had the endoscopy I had lost a total of 3.5stone. It showed just a little gastritis but anothing to confirm all my symptoms. 

So, now I am only being treated with antidepressants and I have cocodamol and ibuprofen gel for pain and that's it. My joints, bones are weak my hair and nails are getting brittle, my gums bleed every time I brushf and my consultant says there's nothing he can really do as the CT scan showed "no malignancies" and the endoscopy was basically normal (but does not view the pancreas) along with 2 more blood tests, 1 for Diabetes and another FBC with everything else normal apart from my iron levels are slightly "imbalanced" so...! But  he said he will send me a fecal elastase test this week which is something I suppose. 

Yes I am anxious but after 4 months in chronic pain and no diagnosis now my GP has said they can do no more about it whilst I am still under the consultant. 

A couple of weeks ago I had to go to A&E and an abdominal x-ray confirmed Fecal Impaction for which I was prescribed 6 x Laxido laxative sachets plus 2 senna a DAY for 2 weeks. I told the consultant I didn't know what I would do after the 2 weeks but he just said carry on taking them if you need to.  
Is this just me OR ... how CAN all this be caused be Anxiety OR normal OR could the word "SATISFACTORY" NOT mean normal on a CT scan ?!?! 

Has anyone else out there been treated as if they're an anxious nuisance?
