Ok so only got to see the Consultant as they couldn’t do ultrasound. She says it feels smooth and moveable which are benign characteristics but obviously want to do the ultrasound and potentially biopsy depending on US. So I feel more positive but have to wait til Thursday for ultrasound. Still much quicker than next week for my original appointment.

It definitely sounds positive so far, so really hope this is confirmed on Thursday. At least you're getting seen sooner than you first thought and that you have had some reassurance from the consultant. Fingers crossed for Thursday and keep us updated x

Thank you both. I'm nervous to feel too positive if you know what I mean but at the same time do feel less anxious. 

Hi there!

So pleased you managed to get a cancellation today. Hope its helped elevate some worrying thoughts. I feel alot more relaxed today, think sharing my worries and knowing I'm not alone has helped. Just got to get through my work day tomorrow then my gp app on Wed. Might be a bit of a long process but I feel like the pain and aching has settled down.

That's amazing! Good luck. Sending all the positive thoughts your way! Wish I could get one sooner too. As of 25th Jan ( my scan day ) it will have been 3 months all in since going to my first gp appointment with lump. Absolutely horrendous.
