Before I start, I am well aware that there are endless posts about this and I've read so much of them, but I'd like to hear peoples opinions on my specific case.

For a few months I've had this bony lump on my upper arm (Im a 24 yo male btw). No other symptoms, completely painless. Last week I had an MRI for it but as of today its been 10 days and still no news about results. From what I've read on here and form other peoples stories, it seems like if something serious was detected then there would be a sense of urgency in obtaining results, with some people even hearing back the same day! Is this really the case or should I not try and read too much into the timescale with getting results back?
