I have 6 lymph nodes in my neck over 1cm, they have persisted for over 9 months and slowly have gotten more pronounced. My doctor just called me a hypochondriac and basically told me to forget about it. He ordered an ultrasound, but not even for the lymph nodes it was a thyroid scan. My only symptom is reduced cognitive abilities and problem solving. Scared and I don't know what to do. All blood tests have came back normal. I told the guy who was doing the thyroid ultrasound to look at the lymph nodes and he remarked that all "submandibular lymph nodes were normal size. Would this include the ones on my actual neck? Just feeling the biggest one i have measured with my fingers it is over 2cm. The report of my ultrasound reads as follows;
