I'm sorry to hear that you have some concerns about your breast health at the moment. It's good to hear that you already have an appointment arranged and hopefully you don't have to wait too long for this. 

We know that these kinds of problems can leave people feeling very anxious. Try to avoid searching Google for information as this very often leaves people feeling more anxious. Keeping busy can help to keep your mind occupied but also, it's important to remember that the vast majority of breast health concerns don't turn out to be cancer so try to stay positive.
