Breast Lumps - 30 year old with no family history

Hi,

I turned 30 3 weeks ago and on the day of my birthday, I phoned my GP as I felt a lump in my left breast on the upper outer quadrant and it was quite sore and painful. I'd left if a couple of weeks in case it was just menstruatal related.

My GP asked me to go in the same day but I was away so I arranged for the following week however I then got covid and couldn't attend. I attended on Friday 7th and my GP said that she found the lump in the left breast in the upper outer quadrant which felt pea sized when seated but in prone (laying down) felt to be 1-2cm and mobile. It's still tender but not as painful now. She also found another in my right breast at 2 o'clock upper outer quadrant but I didn't even know this one was there and I still can't feel it.

Other symptoms I've had are fatigue and left arm aching along and muscle spasms in the arms too.

I have been fast tracked to a breast clinic within 2 weeks to have a mammogram.

Im obviously absolutely terrified so I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?

Thank you xx
