Hi,

I have the smallest like dimple, like you can feel it but its on both breasts, near the underarm and curve of  breast, and I cant tell if its a scar or not. I think I have had this for a while and the 'dimple' itself is very very small like a 1mm or something. I am in my early 20s and I do have health anxiety. Any help would be great as I tend to make myself really worry about health and stuff like this and cannot tell if this is a genuine concern.
