I went to see my GP after experiencing some breast pain. He found nodules, he said felt smooth but as a precautionary measure has referred me. I'm 46. I've had a rough year and lost my dad in April. I'm trying not to worry.
So sorry to hear you lost your dad too, its the worst thing to go through.
I won't be going alone to my appointment, I don't think I could cope by myself, I'd get overly anxious.
I haven't googled much as it could be many things or nothing at all. So not much point causing myself unnecessary anxiety. I hope it turns out to be nothing.
