A very warm welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear about your symptoms. It is not at all unusual to find other symptoms when we are so worried. Most of these tend to subside once we get a diagnosis. We all tend to get in an emotional state once we find something like this and our imagination takes us to all sorts of dark places Not all lumps are cancerous. Many are benign cysts, fibrous or hormonal changes. 

You have done the right thing by getting this checked out. It is a fact that only 1 person in every 8 referred will get a cancer diagnosis. Breast cancer is also one of the most treatable forms of cancer nowadays. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 12 years, yet I still lead a busy and fulfilling life. Dealing with the unknown is always worrying. You will feel better once you know the outcome, irrespective of the outcome.
