Worried about oral cancer

Hello , please bare with me, there's a lot going on that's difficult  to describe. Firstly I suffer from what is been diagnosed as fibromylgia so suffer with debilitating symptoms  every day. Recently I have suffered from debilitating headaches that are different from what I'm use to, feels like there's a tight elastic band around my skull! my left jaw is swollen, and inner cheek feels fat along with what  feels like a burning sensation, there's white / yellow patches on the roof of my mouth and white bumpy bits on both inner cheeks with purple  patch at back of throat on left side. It's uncomfortable to swallow sometimes. My neck feels stiff and large.

I'm scared to go to doctor / hospital.

Any similar stories would be helpful.

Thanks in advance
