Happy Christmas!!! Bladder Cancer symptoms!?

Hello all.

Firstly I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas.

I am 36,male, and for around 15 years I've had bladder problems which result me in having a UTI. I had flow test,cystoscopy when I was around 25. And everything was fine, diagnosised with having an overactive Bladder.

When I was 34,I had another cystoscopy and that all come back clear.

Now recently,I've had a couple of UTIs. One in August this year,which I got pretty ill with. Fever,alot of pain in Abdominal area,frequently going to the toilet, getting up in the night, tightness of bladder. Given tablets which sorted it.

Now back to this week,I felt a bladder infection coming on. Frequently going to the toilet again,and a pain in my left Adonimal area!

I'm extremely worried that it's bladder Cancer! And so anxious about it. Doctor has given me a prescription but will get an appointment in the new year for yet another investigation.

I'm sure with the amount of trouble Ive had something bad would have been picked up???

    I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some continued health concerns.

    I can see that you've posted about these kinds of problems previously. It's understandable that you may be feeling worried and unfortunately, anxiety can make an overactive bladder problem worse. 

    It would seem sensible to get back in touch with your GP in the new year about all the concerns that you've mentioned in this post and the others. It may also be a good idea to talk to them about the level of worry that you have about your health. It may be that they're able to arrange some support that will better help you manage this. In the meantime, you might find it helpful to have a look at the information on the NHS website about managing health anxiety. 

    I do hope that things settle for you soon.

    Hello. Update,still having pains in my lower abdomen pubic area? Feels tender. 

    Considering going to A&E later as I have huge fears it's bladder cancer now. I was feeling pretty sick couple of days ago aswel. 

    No blood urine yet tho. Which I've searched online is the biggest symptom.
