I have always had moles and freckles that cover my body. Hard to keep a check on wether changes are occurring. I'm 47. I have a raised quite big mole on my back so doesn't get sun exposure. The last couple of day's my back has been itching where the mole is and I've started with aching back in the area of the mole.  I don't know if I should be worried. My doctors are closed to non urgent appointments apart from cancer symptoms. Don't know if I should be worried and go to doctors or wait till new year.  Any advice please
