Oh that's great to hear that you have your colonoscopy date, it's good to have that coming up so soon. Try not to worry, and ignore other people's horror stories. I feel having a colonoscopy is a bit like giving birth in that regard!lol 

None of any of this is a pleasant experience as you know yourself, but it just has to be done; you know that there is something that needs sorted and you're going through the process of getting things sorted...and that is fantastic! Really well done for facing up to it and not ignoring it or leaving things to linger. I know how scary it is to consider the possibility of being very sick, but you're doing wonderfully well, you're taking charge of it and that is the most important thing. 

Now that you know when your colonoscopy is, try to put it out of your mind and concentrate on having a wonderful Christmas. Nothing can be achieved by worrying, and thank goodness (should there be a need to worry) that you're in the best possible point of the journey to put on ahead and start getting better again.
