Hospital rang today can't get me in till 10th January. 
Ive rang my breast nurse she's going to try and get me an appointment earlier. 
 

Hi again I do hope for your piece of mind you get in earlier and get your reassurance but if not sooner maybe try n take step back and think of better times when you loved; felt happy about the silliest things your first crush your first time you met and understood someone close to you; it's things like this we forget I take time to get some own time to look up and really take notice of things that I forget take in everything remember to breathe and look at your surroundings you don't know what the people around are going through but your ideas and thoughts are imprortant, your diagnosis can be very important for many in years to come what you are feeling is very normal and you are not alone there are many going through same and all feel the ups and downs you are feeling and in some ways grieving for yourself as many of us are, there's a lot of us going the same path at moment in these scary times I feel for you and can only hope the best outcome and who knows tomorrow there might be a breakthrough and a final cure will be found I wish you the best stay strong x
