Localised change of hair colour, very anxious!

I've recently noticed a small white/gray spot of hair about 1cm wide appear on the side of my head near my scalp.

ive been doing the worst by Googling it and it looks like I've got poloisis. I'm 26 years old with blonde hair and have no other greys, which suggests it's not normal graying.

has anyone else experienced this, should I be worried? I'm going to ring the doctors tomorrow.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with a concern about your health at the moment. Unfortunately, many people find that consulting google leads them to worst-case scenarios and feel more anxious. 

    I hope that you've been able to speak with your GP as they will be best placed to help you with your concerns.

    Hiya, I can't profess to know much about this subject but my sister in law has a streak of grey, in otherwise jet black hair. I don't think streaks of grey are unusual at all, that is, I see lots of people with streaks rather than the salt and pepper look. 
    Dr Google is your worst enemy! Ignore at all costs! Take advice only from professionals xx
