Is there any reason why one nipple is darker than the other? I also have noticed a very small lump under my armpit. I have recently had an UTI, which is still causing pain in my back, and don't know whether these could be related.
I am not sure whether these issues might be related but it would be a good idea to flag any nipple change or new lump found under the armpit with your GP. So don't hesitate to get in touch with your doctor and to mention these issues. Your doctor will be in the best position too to explain why one nipple might be darker than the other.
