Welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear about this issue on your toe. Try not to anticipate that it might be melanoma though as there are so many other things it could be. It's a shame you have been unable to get a doctor's appointment. I would perhaps try and ring your surgery again and explain that this is really worrying you and that you also have this pain in your calf. Even if you could talk to a doctor on the phone that would already be a good first step as I think it would be best for a medical expert to have a look at this if only for peace of mind.
