Invasive lobular cancer spread to adrenal cancer

Just been diagnosed with stage 3 invasive lobular cancer in right breast, around 5cms by 4cms, in skin and maybe a lymph mode.

Got a CT to see if at stage 4 and came back rib and hip pain is some weak bones thing but not cancer, there is scarring in the lungs, they think this is probably not cancer but caused by covid or similar, but they found an adrenal gland mass of 3.5cms by 2.5cms on left side. They said this could be cancer and at stage 4 but then were too busy to answer any questions and left.

I was obviously devastated and got 2 kids who I am worried sick for but I have not a clue what is happening. Before they said surgery first (oestrogen positive, HER2 negative) now they are saying they will cancel it, ct soon of adrenal glands and then 2 weeks until see doctors to find results.

I am gutted about them saying they will cancer surgery and also I need to talk to a doctor. Maybe only option is private. I don't know what to do and being weekend is not helping. Has anyone had a similar finding on CT and what happened. Thanks
