intermediate dcis papillary type with necrosis

I have been trying to decide whether to go ahead with radiotherapy after dcis intermediate grade diagosed and lumpectomy.  i could have radiotherapy as there is "necrosis" present however the tumour is small - has anyone had intermediate grade dcis with the necrosis and / or papillary type and did you have radiotherapy? wondering how significant the type size and necrosis is!

    Hi, 

    I can't give direct advice -however if your concerned contact your breast care nurse.

    Usually the results come back from biopsy. They give grading and cancer type. The results are discussed in an MDT meeting with lots of different specialists. They decide on treatment plan specific to you. 
    I was given options. However it's totally your call to follow

    the medical advice.
    Ive got grade 2invasive Ductal breast cancer-had surgery to removed lump and some lymph. Clear margins and no lymph node involvement but as I'm 42- they did an extra test which strongly suggested chemotherapy would be of benefit. 
    Think you need to ask some questions -for and against and give you more clarity.
