I hope you won't mind but I have slightly edited your title so that your thread can be spotted more easily by others who might have some good sun cream and moisturiser recommendations for you. I hope that our members will be along shortly to share their top sun cream and moisturiser suggestions with you. It would indeed be amazing if there was one unscented product that could do both jobs. I would maybe talk to your medical team or a dermatologist about this or perhaps give your GP a call and see if they have any good suggestions for you. Your medical team will be very much aware of your exact skin condition and of the surgery you have had and will be able to give you some recommendations that are targeted to your individual needs and circumstances.

Hi John, I use Malibu factor 50 they sell it in Super drug stores and it's not expensive.  I also use Aveena also from Superdrug, it's not highly scented and lasts well.  I put moisturiser on first, let that soak in and then apply suncream, if you use the palms of your hands you can pat it on so it stays on your skin, make sure you do your nose and upper lip and ears!  Good luck, Carol
