Hello 

 I am 2 weeks post radiotherapy for throat cancer. I had the tumour removed from my throat and then had 7 weeks of radiotherapy, I was 8stone 10lb and I am now 7st 6lb I have a tube in my stomach which I take ensure drinks  I am feeling a bit depressed because I cannot eat anything it's not just the pain in my mouth and throat but it's what happens to the food (no matter what food) it's so hard to explain it's like sawdust and I cannot swallow, I keep trying but have to spit it out, I'm getting very concerned because the weight keeps coming off. Please please has anyone else had this with there eating. Will I ever be able to eat proper food, any help or advice would be so welcome. Also is it normal to get depressed.
