Hello, 

My 77 year old mother in law was diagnosed with Mesothelioma cancer yesterday. We are all really sad and worried for the future. God knows what she must be feeling like. She is yet to see an oncologist, the first step is to drain the fluid around her lung. Anyone else experienced this horrible cancer? And what care/treatments were taken? We understand it cannot be cured but she will be on palliative care. 
how do we even begin to go through this - it's just awful. I've read that 12 months is about the average life expectancy.
