Hello, my dad has a tumour blocking his bile duct within his liver, i'm getting extremely frustrated with the hospital he is in and we are getting no information, they can't even tell from his ct/mrcp scans how many tumours there are and nothing has really been done for weeks.

Everytime i see him hes just fading before my eyes and more yellow, I was just wondering how would we get a second opinion or get him transferred to a different hospital in hope to see a specialist or surgeon?
