My scar started to swell a bit, so I started doing massages near it to assist lymphatic drainage. I found videos on MacMillan and NHS websites. I did use E45 cream but it didn't help, so just use my usual moisturiser or something with Vitamin E in it. I also exercise my neck looking from side to side.
The waiting for information can be hard. I hope all goes well
Hope you're doing well, I'm still very swollen, my surgeon says it's due to having quite a few lumps, and 98 lymp nodes removed. I don't quite feel as positive as before but hopefully that will change when I've had my RAI treatment. Speak soon
