Hello I was diagnosed with testicular cancer 10years ago and have had on and off treatment ever since. I spread to the base of my neck a couple of years ago  and again treatment to keep it under control but I have just been  told I now have secondary cancer in both lung. To say I am broken is an understatement and just don't feel I can go through all the treatment etc again I live alone with no family and my friends live a few miles from me and I don't want to moan at them about it or burden them with my problems I just don't know what to do.
