Tips - preparing for immunotherapy

Hi all, I start 1 year course of immunotherapy very soon. What's tips can you give me to help prepare in advance and on the day. What should I take with me? I've been told I'll be in the chemo unit around half a day. All advice very welcome. I'm very nervous and don't know anyone whose had immunotherapy before. I have stage 3 melanoma. Many thanks
