Follicular lymphoma

Hi

Been diagnosed with NHL was unaware of this, until biopsy done and confirmed.

only symptoms is sweating and fatigue, no weight loss nor lumps from lymph nodes, but have been getting sharp stabbing pains in arm that last 2 weeks which come/go, and now back of neck pain/stiffness, can this also be a symptom or just age related?

  • Hello Mizzy24,

A warm welcome to Cancer Chat! I am sorry to hear about your follicular lymphoma diagnosis. I've had a look on our Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma page as well as on our page on follicular lymphoma and I could not find any of the symptoms you mentioned being listed as typical symptoms but it would be worth bringing this up with your specialist or your doctor as they will have the medical expertise to tell you whether these additional symptoms may be related to your diagnosis or if they are indeed something else. In any case, it would be a good idea to have these stabbing pains in your arms looked at as well as the neck pain and stiffness. So do make an appointment with your GP and make sure you mention all these.

I hope these get sorted soon and that your NHL treatment goes well.

    Best wishes,
