I am afraid I have developed a hematoma and have to go back for surgery 

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that Nick. Did they say when your next surgery will be?

I hope you won't have to wait too long and it's successful.

It's actually tomorrow - they wanted to do quickly so nothing delayed with any treatment when I see oncologist. 

It seems simple - it is under general but think it's quick and straightforward.
