Does anyone have experience of a private cancer diagnosis and what happens next? How easy is it to get back to an NHS team and what sort of timings are you looking at? Also my private consultant is not in my area. Would he still be able to get me back to the right NHS team in my area or does it have to go back to the GP to handle?
