Just wanted some positive advice. I have been told I have oesophageal cancer and a small spot on my liver. How do you cope with knowing this I am not sleeping and cannt concentrate in anything
I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis of oesophageal cancer. I know that this will be a very difficult time for you and it's understandable that you're feeling worried at the moment.
We have a lovely group of members here on the forum who have experience with this diagnosis or of a loved one going through treatment. I'd really encourage you to look at this thread and to post a message on there. I'm sure that you will get some replies with support, advice, and encouragement.
We also have a team of nurses here at Cancer Research UK that you can call to talk things through with. I'm sure that they will be happy to offer any information, advice, and support that they can to help you.
