Bladder cancer diagnosis

Hiya,

I'm 38 years old and recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. I'm having a TURBT procedure on Friday to remove the cancer. I'm finding it really hard to find support, particularly for a younger woman with bladder cancer. I have so many questions and not sure who I can talk to.

Is anyone in or has been a similar situation?

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and I hope that your surgery today has gone well.
I've had a look through the forum and I can't see that we've any other young women in your position. I wonder if you might be able to connect with someone through a specific bladder cancer charity. You might want to have a look at Action Bladder Cancer UK and Fight Bladder Cancer.
