Has anyone been diagnosed with Lobular neoplasia?

Has anyone gone the above lobular neoplasia

After my biopsy which all was fine I was diagnosed with lobular neoplasia the nurse said its begnin

I'm having a suction biopsy on Tuesday just to remove any rouge cells.

It puts you at a very slight risk of breast cancer in the future but most ladies never develop cancer from it.

Quite concerned with it though

  • Hi Scared1970,

I noticed you have your suction biopsy today so I just wanted to wish you good luck and let you know we'll be thinking of you.

I've had a quick look through the forum and found that [@Kay-D]‍ may have been diagnosed with lobular neoplasia as well so if that's right, they'll hopefully pop by when they can to share their experiences and advice but if you're worried, do be sure to discuss this with your medical team as they're in the best position to answer your questions and put your mind at ease.

Our lovely team of cancer nurses are also available to talk things through on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.

    Kind regards,
