I've been told not to google things but I've been on my phone since I was given my rubbish news.

My lump is 31mm -and they said I've caught it early. But awaiting results to find out type/ grade/ spread.
Ive been good old Googling and says under 20mm is classed as small. The smaller the better I suppose.

Oh well that sounds OK, mine is grade 3 but hasn't invased, I had results of small clear margin so they went back in for more to check, as they want bigger clear margin, results due 22nd, I only look at two sites this one and macmillian. I keep away from anything else.

Went back yesterday for results.

got grade 2 Invasive Ductal breast cancer. No lymph involved.

Having radioactive seed implanted into lump as can't be felt very well laying flat. 
radioactive isotope injected night before into lump so associated lymph can be removed.

lumpectomy and Lymph node to be removed 15th Sept.

The cheeky doctor even offered me a boob reduction too. Lol.declined at the moment

However hating the waiting game rather it wasn't inside my boob growing that bit more in the next four weeks but waiting lists are there.

Relieved at least I have a plan.

My ultrasound of my lymph was equivocal -they said it looked swollen in size on ultrasound. No cancer cells in the sample they took of lymph.

Just presumed they took sentinel nodes from everyone with breast cancer?? 
Doc said they would send lump and sentinel lymph off for analysis and I might need chemo. I'm a size 24in clothes so wonder if they could see lymph well enough to sample the right spot. 
I wear a H cup bra so defo lots to do lumpectomy on and still be left with lots too.

I was even offered a boob reduction-but not too bothered plus told Doc that my boobs rested on my tummy so I wasn't bothered. He heee.
