Breast cancer: taking letrozole

Hi, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of May this year following a routine mammogram. Had a mastectomy and results showed it hasn't spread to lymph nodes and I don't require and chemotherapy or any radiotherapy. I do have to take drug Letrozole for 5 years. After any advice I guess on how to look after myself while taking drug?
