I had my meeting with the oncologist today and I asked to be given the same amount in a lower dosage.
A friend had just had complete response for a 12cm inoperable tumour!
The oncologist said the lower doses more often was not an option, even though I know this is just a protocol due to staff and the costs to administer 3 x verse once each three weeks.
Has anyone been able to get lower amount administered more frequently for their treatment , if so how ?
