Secondary breast cancer

I had breast cancer in 2017 and had a mastectomy. Ive been having a lot of tests recently as I had a high CA125 count and they found lesions on my liver.  I got told yesterday that it is secondary breast cancer in my liver.  They said it was treatable but not curable and I am struggling to take it in.  I have to wait for the appointment with an oncologist to find out what the plan will be but they have said I will be having chemotherapy.  My first liver biopsy came back clear so they have said it was very small, but the radiologist said that there were a lot of lesions on my liver so I don't really know what is happening.  It would be very good to hear from anyone who is also going through this.

Thanks

Alison
