St 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma, how do you cope with so much chemo?

Hi there I'm recently diagnosed, I have stage 4 hodgkin's lymphoma and have already had 3 sessions on chemo with another 8 or more to go.

I'm having abvd but that could change depending on my recent pet scan results,

How have people coped with so many chemo session??

This 4th one has floored me and I'm miserable, fed upfeeling sick and being in alot of pain I have 2 kids and generally feel like I cannot cope with months more off treatment, any tips or tricks or anything welcome

    If you feel like it's becoming too much do be sure to let your treatment team know so they can help you find a way through this and make the side effects more manageable for you.

    Going through chemotherapy can be very challenging both physically and emotionally but you're not alone as many of our members have been on this journey so will have an idea of what you're going through at the moment and will hopefully be along soon to offer their thoughts and advice.
