Her 2 receptive - bad news or good?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last week, metastasised to three lymph nodes in my arm, no lump in the breast although some odd-looking tissue. Scans show no mets, and pathology report says Er+ PR+ and Her2 receptive. The plan is chemotherapy to start with, and I'm seeing the oncologist soon to know what that will mean. 6 months of chemo, then surgery which will likely mean a mastectomy and removal of the lymph nodes - then possibly more drugs and radiotherapy.

My question is, what should I be asking the oncologist? I will do what I'm told, obviously - never been very good at that but there's a first time...

I'm really curious about your experiences with chemo, whether you're zonked for 20 weeks or is it possible to work, to read, to look after the granddaughters?

And Her2 receptive - is that a good thing on balance or basically am I kidding myself and in denial about how serious this all is. I'm trying to stay positive, and really value all the help and kindness shown on here
