Atypical Hyperlasia of the Uterus

Hi 

I have recently been diagnosed with AEH, I'd never heard of it before and my head is all over the place. I'm going to be discussed at this weeks MDT meeting and then will be contacted to go see the oncologist. 
I'm 53, obese(unfortunately) and so scared and anxious, can anyone help with advice and what to expect in, thanks in advance x
