hello. I have just been diagnosed with Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Very scared right now. No signs of lymph nodes being hit but the cancer has ventured outside the duct wall. It is June 11 2021 and I have been put on an Oestrogen inhibitor drug to help reduce the size (14mm). Surgery is planned for September. Very worried that it could grow over 3 months. Should it be removed sooner?  My gut feeling is I might be at the end of a long queue and the clock is ticking. Thanks for listening.
