My dad was diagnosed with stage 3 none small lung cancer.

Spread to him lymph nodes 

The cancer is on his right lung and has some enlarge lymph nodes in the middle of his chest he also has copd 

He has been coughing up fresh blood for about 7 weeks and a constant cough.

The bleeding does not seem to be stopping... He was on steroids and antibiotics but the course has finished 

We are just waiting for his marker results to see if he can have radio therapy..

Chemo all depends on his health..his on stage 2 needs to be on stage 3 or 4

He has stopped smoking

Has anyone else experienced this??? Is my dad getter worse? Docs said he could have 7 months or more...but he is struggling to breath sometimes and the coughing up blood is so worrying.
