Hi, my hubby was diagnosed with P16 positive tonsil cancer that had spread to the soft palate and some lymph nodes in January. He has just completed his treatment, 6 weeks of chemotherapy ie: 2 cycles, consisting of 5 days of chemo delivered via a pump 24 hours a day followed by 2 weeks off then he had 6 weeks of radiotherapy, everyday mon - fri with 2 more chemo sessions on day 1 and 21.  It's a very brutal regime but the consultant told us this type of cancer responds really well to treatment and has a good success rate so fingers crossed.  If this is what you are having I can let you know what to expect if you want me to.  Good luck for Tuesday x
