I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis of essential thrombocythaemia (ET). We've quite a few members here on the forum living with ET and you might find it helpful to have a look through this thread and make a post there to connect with others. 

I'd also recommend having a look at this page on the Blood Cancer UK website where you'll find lots of information and be able to connect with others living with the condition.
