Suspected ovarian cancer

My mum who's 61 has just been told she has suspected ovarian cancer. They've taken biopsy's and we should hear more next week as I believe they meet just once a week? They said there isn't fluid build up in the stomach, is this a good sign? I'm absolutely heart broken at the thought of losing my mum. 
 

I would appreciate any advice or positive stories please ♥️
