thought I would share my experience with first use of cold cap. 
so pleased I read all of the useful posts they provided fabulous tips which were of a great benefit. 
Took 2 paracetamols before,a hair Ann to sit on forehead & a turban to place on frozen wet hair after treatment completed. 
Overall gruesome but bearable I agree with users feedback if you are able to cope with first 20 minutes seems to get easier. 
Im so vain so just thought one of the few aspects I can control so worth giving it a go
