I'm writing on behalf of my mother. She has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. We are going via the NHS route, but there is also a surgeon she trusts in private care so we are trying to understand if that private doctor can do the surgery and we can do all else including chemo at NHS. Just because my mom trusts that private surgeon, but we can't necessarilly afford to go all private. Any one knowledgable on this topic please?
