Post appointment letter

I posted recently about my experience of the above , today I've received a letter telling me I have  high grade  ductal carcinoma , and it's thrown me into complete anxiety , I've been down playing everything to myself and others but this has frightened me

  • [@Beachams]‍ , Hi Beachams, I’m so sorry for the diagnosis you’ve received, and I’m shocked it was sent out by letter, that is incredibly unfair on you. There are lots of us here, with exactly the same diagnosis, all muddling through, Please don’t be frightened, difficult to say I know, but you’re in the right place to get emotional support from other ladies experiencing the same. I was almost brought to my knees by the same diagnosis in december - the week before Christmas, Christmas was a blur, trying to play happy families with my husband and mum, not wanting to tell her until afterwards so I wouldn't ruin her Christmas. I am post surgery, and have just started on chemo. I am chatting to two other ladies with the same Her2 positive grade 3 ductal carcinoma, hop on board with us when you’re ready, you take care my lovely, any questions just ask, sending you a massive hug, Lyn.
