Just diagnosed stage 4 breast cancer

I have just been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.  It has spread to lungs and bone.  I had mastectomy and lymph removal in 2014. 

This time just went to hospital with back pain as no doctor would give me physical exam and get just like that got diagnosed.

Came of Letrozole after visit to oncologist.  Pain is extreme now and no treatment plan yet.

I don't know what questions to ask oncologist next visit. It's next Tuesday.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. Undoubtedly this will be a difficult time for you and I can imagine that you have lots of questions. 

    We do have some information on our website about advanced breast cancer which you may find helpful but I'd suggest giving our team of nurses a call ahead of your appointment with the Oncologist. I know they will be happy to talk things through with you and help you write a list of things that you may want to ask at the appointment. You can call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040. 

    Hopefully, the Oncologist will be able to get you started on some treatment that will help your pain levels and things will improve soon.
