You're right to give the doctor a call - perhaps you don't even need to wait a week if you are concerned and it's definitely a good idea to discuss this with your doctor. Your doctor will be in the best position to tell you whether you need another Mohs surgery in the same spot or if it's just something that will go away in time. So do give your doctor a call when you can to talk about it.
