I am about to embark on tamoxifen for 5 years after lumpectomey, margin surgery and lymph node removal. I have also had radiotherapy. Has anyone taken Sage tablets which seem to offer relief to many ladies?  Can't see any reason not to but it would be helpful if anyone has any advice on this or other remedies. My resilience is running low and hoping to reduce the added burden increased menopausal symptoms (I stopped my HRT upon diagnosis, aged 51).  Many thanks Mandy
